  • We develop and publish apps for macOS and iOS, available through the Apple App Store.
  • Some apps are free; others may offer paid features or subscriptions.
  • App Store purchases and in-app purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions in addition to ours.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Our services are available worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure use of our apps complies with local laws.

4. Accounts and Registration

  • Some services may require you to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.
  • All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated before they affect you.

6. Subscriptions

  • Some services are offered on a subscription basis with a fixed minimum term ("Minimum Duration"), as shown at the time of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We will notify you of any changes to subscription pricing before your next renewal.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your order at any time before we have confirmed and begun providing the service. Contact us at support@squarebracketsoftware.com to cancel.
  • Where you have a statutory right to cancel (typically within 14 days of purchase), we will process a full refund unless you have already begun using the service with your agreement.
  • For subscriptions, refunds will not be issued for the current billing period once it has begun, unless required by law.
  • If a service is incorrectly priced or described, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days of approval.
  • For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or apps to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

  • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss or damage shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
