Do I have to sign up to a long term contract?

No, the subscription is pre-payed month by month, and you are able to cancel your subscription at any time. Once you have cancelled your subscription you will not be billed again. We do not offer any refunds on subscriptions.

You are also able to turn on and off auto renew at anytime, we don't want to lock you into a service that isn't right for you.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept PayPal. All of our payments are done online, so unfortunately we are unable to take payment over the phone or by mail.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes they are, Stripe power our subscription billing system and they are fully PCI DSS compliant.

Are my personal details secure?

Yes, all communication with our server (where appropriate) is SSL encrypted and all sensitive data is encrypted on our database. Not even Square Bracket Software staff have access to your sensitive information, such as your password.

Can I pay in dollars?

Yes, we are based in the UK so we charge in GBP, but we accept all common currencies.

How many (iOS and OS X) devices can I sync with a single subscription?

Your account can sync with an unlimited number of devices.

Do you offer any discounts for groups?

No, we think £2.99 a month per user is a fare price for our service.

How many users can collaborate on a Project or Area?

An Unlimited number, they just need to have an active subscription.

Why don't you use iCloud?

iCloud doesn't allow any kind of collaboration, which is key part of our subscription service.
